Refund policy

Welcome to the Exchanges and Refunds section of our website! 

Firstly, we really hope you are happy with your Anise Home order but we completely understand that sometimes refunds have to be made. We promise to always put you first and make sure that any issues you might have are sorted out right away! 

You may return new, unused items to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of your order being dispatched. 

We do not provide paid shipping for returns. If you are returning anything to us please make sure that they are in the condition in which you received them otherwise we will not be able to offer a full refund to you.

We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us so we always recommend you use a track and trace service just to be extra safe.

Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your refund. Between the length of time it takes for your shipper to return your item to us and then how long it takes us to process your refund and then the length of time it takes for your money to reach your bank, it can take a little while. But we hope that it is processed quickly. 

Please note that some of our products are meticulously handmade by master artisans one piece at a time.  Slight variations are inherent to handmade products, which makes your purchase truly special and one-of-a-kind and unique.
